Statewise Travel Guidelines for COVID-19​

 

Health Screening:
  1. All passengers arriving are subjected to thermal screening.
  1. All incoming passengers must bring an RT-PCR negative test report provided by an ICMR certified lab, subject to the condition that the RT-PCR test be completed within 48 hours. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.
  1. In addition to having a negative RT-PCR report, all arriving passengers must undergo a RAT test at one of the designated testing centers within 2 kilometers of the airport.

 

Quarantine:
  1. Passengers with a negative RT-PCR test report are not subject to institutional or home quarantine.
  1. If any passenger tests positive, they will be referred to a state quarantine institution for treatment.
Passenger Obligation:  
  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. The requirement for an RTPCR Negative test report within 48 hours of departure will remain in place. Any passenger who does not have an RTPCR negative report will be returned to their point of origin on the same day.
  1. Reports written by hands are not appropriate.
  1. Passengers who do not have a negative RT-PCR test report will be deported on the same flight.
  1. Travel to the North, Middle, and Little Andaman Islands for tourism purposes is prohibited before further orders are issued.
  1. Passengers would not be permitted to retrieve their checked luggage from the arrival hall. At the testing center, they will be given the same.

 

Health Screening:

Passenger Obligation:
  1.  Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. Before booking their tickets, all passengers must register on the Spandana website, www.spandana.ap.gov.in, and receive clearance.

    1. Upon arrival, a COVID swab test will be performed. Guwahati (GAU) offers an antigen test.
    1. Passengers arriving from BOM and BLR must have an RT-PCR negative test report provided by an ICMR certified lab no earlier than 72 hours from the date of departure. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken. The test report should be verifiable in some way, such as with a QR code.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. Quarantine GAU is exempted for passengers who have a valid return ticket within 24 hours.
    1. Since the Antigen test is available in GAU, the measures for arriving passengers from other states will be as follows.
    1. If the test is positive, the passenger will be taken to the COVID facility to be processed further.
    1. If the findings are negative, a swab test will be performed and the results will be submitted for an RT-PCR COVID-19 test as well. The passenger will be able to travel and will be placed in Home Quarantine for five days, during which time the RT-PCR results will be exchanged.
    1. Passengers who do not want to be quarantined will get the RTPCR results in 60 minutes for 2200 INR.
    1. If the passenger does not want to quarantine at home, the district administration will arrange for quarantine in a hotel. Passengers will be responsible for the costs.

    The exception to COVID –19 test and Quarantine:

    1. On an official visit to India, for foreign dignitaries and diplomats from any embassy or diplomatic mission.
    1. Officials from multilateral financing institutions such as the World Bank, ADB, JICA, and others are in town for an official visit.
    1. Officials from the National Investigative Agency (NIA), the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Enforcement Division (ED), and the Investigation Bureau (IB) are on a secret task.
    1. On an official visit, an income tax official.
    1. Passengers who return to their home state within 24 hours of leaving.
    1. Symptomless Child under the age of ten. Parents can, however, choose to have their children tested at one of the COVID 19 test centers.
    1. Persons that have had a COVID 19 RTPCR test done at an ICMR-approved center within 72 hours of arriving at GAU and received negative results.
    1. Women Who Are Pregnant.
    1. Passengers above the age of 75 are considered elderly.
    1. A person who is expected to attend the funeral of a close relative.
    1. Passengers who are experiencing symptoms will be subjected to an RT-PCR examination as well.
    1. Quarantine Regulations can be found on the State Government’s website.

Health Screening:

  1. All arrivals would be subjected to a thermal screening.
  1. All passengers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerala, or Punjab must have received a negative RT-PCR test from an ICMR-approved lab within the previous 72 hours. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.
  1. Passengers from other industries will be able to take a random RAT test at no cost upon arrival.
For Gaya:

All passengers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerala, or Punjab must have received a negative RT-PCR test from an ICMR-approved lab within the previous 72 hours. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins. Passengers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerala, or Punjab must stay in quarantine for ten days.

Quarantine:

Passengers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerala, or Punjab must stay in quarantine for ten days. Those who tested positive will also have to go through an isolation period.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  2. Carry a negative RAT/RT-PCR report as directed in the Health Screening section above.

Quarantine:

Quarantine is not mandatory, although you can if you want to quarantine yourself.

Passenger Obligation:

      1. Upon arrival, passengers must complete a Health Declaration Form.
      1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
      1. Before beginning their journey, all passengers must register on the COVA Punjab App.

Health Screening:

  1. All passengers arriving are subjected to a thermal screening
  1. All passengers traveling to Chhattisgarh must have an RT-PCR negative record no later than 72 hours before their arrival. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is collected.
  1. Passengers who arrive without an RT-PCR negative report will be screened for free upon arrival.
  1. Children (12 years and under) can only be tested with their parent’s permission.

Quarantine:

  1. All passengers arriving in the state of Chhattisgarh are subject to seven-day home quarantine.
  1. Passengers with return tickets that are purchased within 72 hours of arrival are excluded from the quarantine clause.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. Carry a negative RT-PCR report as directed in the Health Screening section above.
  1. If they do not have an RT-PCR negative report when they arrive, they must agree to a test or face a 7-day paid institutional quarantine at their own cost.

Health Screening:

  1. Due to an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases, passengers arriving from states where there has been an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases would be randomly sampled. Passengers will be able to leave after the samples have been collected.
  1. Upon arrival, all passengers will be subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers flying to Delhi from any city or airport in Maharashtra will need an RT-PCR negative report from an ICMR accredited lab within the last 72 hours. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken. Failure to have an RT-PCR-Negative report would result in denial of boarding at the origin station.
  1. Passengers connecting/transiting via any Maharashtra city/airport should have an RT-PCR negative report from an ICMR accredited lab completed within the last 72 hours. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken. If such passengers are not in possession, they will be subjected to a free RT-PCR test upon arrival in Delhi, followed by a mandatory 14-day home quarantine.
  1. Passengers with onward connections from Delhi are excluded from the criteria mentioned above.

Quarantine:

  1. Passengers who test positive will be quarantined for 10 days at home or at the CCC/CHC/Hospital.
  1. Passengers connecting/transiting via any city/airport in Maharashtra who do not have an RT-PCR negative report upon arrival in Delhi are subject to mandatory 14-day home quarantine.
  1. If they are asymptomatic, both constitutional and government functionaries, as well as their employees, are exempted.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. If flying out of, connecting through, or transiting through any Maharashtra airport/city, bring the RT-PCR negative report listed in the health screening.

Passenger Obligation:

Health Screening:

  1. All passengers arriving are subjected to a thermal screening
  1. Passengers arriving in Gujarat from other states/UTs must have a negative RT-PCR report from an ICMR certified laboratory within 72 hours of their arrival. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.
  1. No charges for children who are under 12-years-old.

Quarantine:

– Domestic

  1. All people seeking admission in Gujarat from other states will be subjected to a mandatory screening.
  1. Passengers without negative RT-PCR certificates will be kept until the test results are available, which should take 6–7 hours. Passengers will be paid for the COVID review at the airports.
  1. The Rajkot and Vadodara airports do not provide On Arrival Testing.

– International

  1. All international passengers arriving in Surat must complete an online “Novel Corona self-reporting form” and download the “SMC COVID-19 Tracker” app by following the links below:
  1. Step 1: Go to https://www.suratmunicipal.gov.in/EServices/Covid19SelfReporting to fill out an online self-reporting form and create a traveler ID.

– For Surat

  1. Carry a negative RT-PCR report from an ICMR-approved laboratory no earlier than 72 hours. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.
  1. Domestic travellers must complete the “Novel Corona Self-Reporting Form” online and download the “SMC COVID-19 Tracker” app before arriving in Surat.

Airline Obligation:

  1. Before arriving at Surat airport, airlines must ensure that all passengers complete an online self-declaration process.
  1. Ascertain the arriving passenger data is available to SMC Officers.
  1. Providing a hard copy of the Passenger Manifest to on-duty SMC officers at Surat Airport in regards to arriving passengers.
  1. Sending a soft copy of the Passenger Manifest to the SMC Commissioner regularly via the email address: amc.swz@suratmunicipal.org

Airport Obligation:

  1. passengers will be subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers who do not have an RT-PCR report should be checked for Rapid Antigen Test.

Health Screening:

  1. All passengers arriving are subjected to a thermal screening
  1. No COVID tests are required.

Quarantine:

None

Passenger Obligation:

The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.

Health Screening:

Passenger Obligation:

Health Screening:

All passengers must undergo an RT-PCR examination, except the following:

SXR: Defense Personnel

IXJ: Defense Personnel reporting for service.

Quarantine:

  1. There is no longer any institutional quarantine. If Pax tests positive, he will be sent home for a 14-day quarantine.
  1. Quarantine Regulations can be found on the State Government’s website.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. On arrival, passengers must complete an ICMR health form.
  1. All passengers must download the Aarogya Setu App and take the COVID-19 test at the airport.

Health Screening:

  1. All passengers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerala, and Telangana will be subjected to mandatory thermal screening.
  1. Passengers with symptoms will be checked for RT-PCR/TRUENAT and, if positive, will be sent home.
  1. Passengers arriving from any state must have an RT-PCR/TRUENAT negative report from an ICMR certified lab within 72 hours of arrival. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken. Passengers who arrive without a negative RT-PCR report will be subjected to a free RT-PCR test and will be required to complete a self-declaration form.

Quarantine:

Passengers with symptoms will be screened for RT-PCR/TRUENAT and, if positive, will be advised to isolate themselves at home.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. All passengers arriving in Ranchi from all states must submit an RTPCR Negative Report within 72 hours.
  1. On arrival in Ranchi, all arriving passengers must complete the Self-Declaration Form and submit it to the State Health Department. Passengers are encouraged to keep track of their well-being for 14 days.
  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  • A self-health declaration form on Air Suvidha Portal is to be mandatorily submitted by all visitors including children and infants.   
  • An RT-PCR Test taken within 72 hours of the departure of all visitors including children and infants must be uploaded on Air Suvidha Portal.   
  • All visitors including children and infants have to submit an online declaration with regards to the authenticity of the RT-PCR test result as well as their cooperation to abide by the decision of authorities to adhere to home quarantine or self-health monitoring for 14 days or as will be stated by the officials.   
  • The only case in which a visitor may be exempted from the RT-PCR requirement is only if there is a death in the family and permission for the same must be applied online on the Air Suvidha Portal at least 72 hours before departure.  
  • On arrival, the visitors must present online SDF/RT-PCR exemption approval to the concerned authorities.  
  • All visitors including children and infants must have a copy of the acknowledgment of their self-health declaration form either in the digital format or as a hard copy which had been submitted on the Air Suvidha Portal along with their negative RT-PCR test without which they may be prohibited from boarding at the origin airport.   
  • All visitors including children and infants originating or arriving through the United Kingdom, Europe, or the Middle East will be required to adhere to these additional rules:  

The visitors will be required to undergo the molecular test at their own cost once they arrive and then be home quarantined or self-health monitor or take their scheduled connecting flights to a final destination within India.     

  • All visitors including children and infants originating from United Kingdom, South Africa, or Brazil will have to adhere to the following rules along with the above mentioned additional rules:   

In case the visitor’s journey gets completed at the first port of entry into India, they need to undergo a molecular test at their own cost upon arrival and proceed towards home quarantine/self-health monitoring. Waiting for the test report is not necessary.  

In the case of connecting flights, visitors will be required to wait for the RT-PCR test results. Onward journey will be allowed only if the test results are negative.    

Health Screening:

  1. All passengers arriving are subjected to a thermal screening.
  1. All passengers traveling to Kerala must have an RT-PCR negative report within 48 hours of their arrival. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.
  1. If their port of arrival in Trivandrum, Calicut, or Kannur, passengers who do not have an RT-PCR negative report will be allowed to undergo an RT-PCR examination upon arrival at their own expense at a facility outside the airport. If your arrival port in Kochi, RT-PCR testing is available at the airport.
  1. Passengers who refuse to take the RT-PCR exam upon arrival will be subjected to mandatory 14-day home quarantine.

Quarantine:

All passengers who do not have an RT-PCR negative certificate and do not want to undergo RT PCR upon arrival will be subjected to 14-day home quarantine.

  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. Both passengers will be asked to register their information on the website. Get an e-pass at https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/.
  1. Passengers must present their e-pass to the airport’s health officials upon arrival.

Health Screening:

  1. All passengers are subjected to thermal screening.
  1. All passengers arriving in Leh must present a negative RT-PCR report upon arrival (not earlier than 96 hours prior to arrival). The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.
  1. If passengers do not have a negative RT-PCR record, they must stay at home for 7 days. At the end of the quarantine duration, a COVID test can be performed.
  1. Passengers may be subjected to COVID testing, and if positive, they will be moved to a COVID facility for further processing.
  1. If the results of the tests are negative, the passengers will be released from the mandatory quarantine.
  1. The Department of Defense and the Central Armed Police are excluded from the above requirements.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. For entry into Ladakh, a COVID negative report (due no later than 72 hours after arrival) is needed.

Indore

Health Screening:

  1. All passengers are subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers arriving from Maharashtra into the Indore district (IDR) must have a negative RT-PCR report from an ICMR certified lab no more than 48 hours prior to their arrival. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.

Quarantine:

  1. Passengers from Maharashtra who do not have a negative RT-PCR report will be put in self-isolation before the results of the report are received. After giving the sample for testing, passengers should contact the COVID team at the airport and download the Indore-311 app to monitor their self-isolation status.
  1. Passengers will be responsible for COVID test fees (Sodani Lab & Central Lab- $1200 per test).
  1. Other states/UTs are exempt.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. Passengers arriving from Maharashtra into the Indore district (IDR) must have a negative RT-PCR report from an ICMR certified lab no more than 48 hours prior to their arrival. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.
  1. All passengers arriving in Indore must complete a self-declaration form. The self-declaration link is given below. self-declaration-form https://indore.acceldash.com/

18. Bhopal

Health Screening:

  1. Upon arrival, thermal screening and health profiling will be performed.
  1. If a passenger is found to be symptomatic, a COVID examination will be carried out.
  1. Passengers arriving from Maharashtra into the Bhopal district (BHO) must have a negative RT-PCR report from an ICMR certified lab within 72 hours. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.

Quarantine:

  1. For passengers who arrive without an RT-PCR study, a COVID test will be performed, and they will be recommended to stay in isolation for seven days.
  1. Institutional quarantine is in effect until the test results are received.
  1. If the test is positive, the passenger will be directed to the COVID Care Center. Following that, the passenger will be expected to re-test, followed by Home Quarantine if the competent authorities find it necessary.
  1. If the outcome is negative, there is no need for more Institutional or Home Quarantine.
  1. For business and corporate travelers, there is no quarantine.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. If the health authorities recommend it, passengers must take the COVID-19 test at the airport.
  1. Passengers arriving from Maharashtra into the Bhopal district (BHO) must have a negative RT-PCR report from an ICMR certified lab no later than 72 hours before departure. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.
  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.

State Obligation:

  1. Upon arrival, thermal screening and health profiling will be performed.
  1. COVID examination will be administered if the passenger is found to be symptomatic.
  1. Encourage passengers arriving from Maharashtra to review their RT-PCR reports and direct passengers who do not have an RT-PCR report.

Health Screening:

  1. Both passengers will be subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers arriving from any state must have a negative RT-PCR/TRUENAT/CB-NAAT report from an ICMR certified lab within 72 hours. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is collected.

Quarantine:

None

Passenger Obligation:

  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. Carry a negative RT-PCR/TRUENAT/CB-NAAT report as directed in the Health Screening section above.

Aurangabad

Health Screening:

  1. Both passengers will be subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers arriving from the NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have a 72-hour RT-PCR report. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.

Quarantine:

Asymptomatic passengers are exempt from quarantine and hand stamping.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. Aarogya setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. Passengers arriving from the NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have a 72-hour RT-PCR report. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.
  1. Passengers who do not have an RT-PCR report must pay for an RT-PCR test at the airport.
  1. Provide contact information to authorities; if the test results are positive, state officials will be contacted.

PUNE

Health Screening: 

  1. All passengers are subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers arriving from the NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have a 72-hour RT-PCR report. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.

Quarantine:

Asymptomatic passengers are exempt from quarantine and hand stamping.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. Aarogya setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. Passengers arriving from the NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have a 72-hour RT-PCR report. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.
  1. Passengers who do not have an RT-PCR report must pay for an RT-PCR test at the airport.

SHIRDI

Health Screening:

  1. Both passengers will be subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers arriving from the NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have a 72-hour RT-PCR report. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.

Quarantine:

  1. Passengers with symptoms will be guided to the nearest COVID Care Center.
  1. The APHO team would stamp the passenger’s left hand with a quarantine stamp.
  1. Asymptomatic passengers are exempt from quarantine and hand stamping.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. Aarogya setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. Passengers arriving from the NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have a 72-hour RT-PCR report. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.
  1. Passengers who do not have an RT-PCR report must pay for an RT-PCR test at the airport.
  1. Provide contact information to authorities; if the test results are positive, state officials will be contacted.

NAGPUR:

Health Screening: 

  1. Both passengers will be subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers arriving from the NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have a 72-hour RT-PCR report. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.

Quarantine:

  1. Passengers with symptoms will be guided to the nearest COVID Care Center.
  1. Asymptomatic passengers are exempt from quarantine and hand stamping.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. Aarogya setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. Passengers arriving from the NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have a 72-hour RT-PCR report. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.
  1. Passengers who do not have an RT-PCR report must pay for an RT-PCR test at the airport.
  1. Provide contact information to authorities; if the test results are positive, state officials will be contacted.

 

MUMBAI:

Health Screening:

  1. All passengers are subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers arriving from the NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have a 72-hour RT-PCR report. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.

Quarantine:

Asymptomatic passengers are exempt from quarantine and hand stamping.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. Aarogya setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. Passengers arriving from NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have an RT-PCR report no later than 72 hours before their scheduled landing time.
  1. Passengers who do not have an RT-PCR report must pay for an RT-PCR test at the airport.
  1. Provide contact information to authorities; if the test results are positive, state officials can contact you.

 

KOLHAPUR:

Health Screening:

Passengers arriving from the NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have a 72-hour RT-PCR report. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.

Quarantine:

Asymptomatic passengers are exempt from quarantine and hand stamping.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. Aarogya setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. Passengers arriving from the NCR/DELHI, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Goa must have a 72-hour RT-PCR report. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.
  1. Passengers who do not have an RT-PCR report must pay for an RT-PCR test at the airport.
  1. Provide contact information to authorities; if the test results are positive, state officials will be contacted.

Health Screening:

All Passengers arriving must have an RT-PCR report that is not older than 72 hours. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.

Quarantine:

Passengers who test positive will be taken to a COVID facility for further processing.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. To create a unique e-invite, all passengers must register on the State portal at http://meghalayaonline.gov.in/covid/testing.htm.
  1. The Meghalaya Tourism App can also be used to create an e-invite.
  1. Both an e-invite and a COVID negative report (within 72 hours) are needed for entry into Meghalaya. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.
  1. . All passengers are subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Upon arrival, all passengers, whether or not they have a negative COVID record, will be subjected to a mandatory Rapid Antigen Test.

Quarantine:

  1. Even if the Rapid Antigen Test upon arrival is negative, all passengers must self-monitor and self-isolate for a period of seven days.
  1. Passengers can take an RT-PCR test outside the airport for free to escape a 7-day self-isolation period.
  1. Passengers visiting the state for less than 96 hours would not be allowed to self-isolate if they can produce an RT-PCR negative report within 72 hours of arrival and a valid return ticket. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1. All passengers must obtain m-Passes from mcovid19.mizoram.gov.in or the mCovid19 App.

Airline Obligation:

All passengers must obtain mandatory m-Passes from mcovid19.mizoram.gov.in or the mCovid19 App, or they will not be able to board the flight at the origin.

Health Screening:

  1. Thermal Screening will be performed on all the arrivals.
  1. All Passengers arriving must have an RT-PCR report that is not older than 72 hours. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.

Quarantine:

Passengers who arrive without an RTPCR negative report will be subjected to a 10-day home/paid institutional quarantine.

Quarantine-Free Status:

  1. Passengers who have received an RT-PCR negative report within the last 72 hours.
  1. Passengers who will be in Nagaland for less than 48 hours.
  1. Passengers traveling
  1.  out of state and returning to Nagaland in less than 24 hours without stopping for the night.
  1. Truckers and drivers of goods vehicles passing through the state without stopping

Passenger Obligation:

  1. Carry a negative RT-PCR report as directed in the Health Screening section above.
  1. Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded and registered by all passengers.
  1. The nCOVID Nagaland Visitors App must be downloaded and registered by all passengers.
  1. All passengers must self-declare for home quarantine using the nCOVID Nagaland Visitors App/ online at covid-19nagaland.gov.in/ or by WhatsApp to the helpline number 7630877991.

Health Screening:

  1. Passengers arriving from any state are screened according to the COVID protocol.
  1. All passengers traveling to Odisha must have an RT-PCR negative report issued within the last 72 hours or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate (after 2 doses of vaccination). The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken. Customers who do not have the above will be refused boarding at the origin station.

Quarantine:

None

Passenger Obligation:

1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.

2. Carry an RT-PCR negative report or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate (after two doses of vaccination) for travel, as per the recommendations in the Health Screening section above.

AMRITSAR

Health Screening:

Mandatory Thermal screening for all at the point of arrival.

Quarantine:

  1. No quarantine for domestic passengers
  1. In the event that an RTPCR report is not available within 96 hours of arrival, international travelers arriving in Punjab will be checked using RAT kits at the airport (Pax traveling to India). The quarantine at home will last for the next seven days.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1.  Before beginning their journey, all passengers must register on the COVA Punjab App.

JAIPUR, JODHPUR, AND UDAIPUR

Health Screening: 

  1. All passengers are subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers arriving from other states are required to have a COVID negative report from an ICMR certified lab within 72 hours of their arrival in Rajasthan. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.

Quarantine:

Symptomatic passengers will be separated and transported to the nearest medical center.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. Aarogya setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
  1.  Passengers arriving from other states must have a COVID negative report from an ICMR certified lab within 72 hours of arrival. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.
  1. All passengers must complete a Self-Health Declaration and undergo screening.

Health Screening:

  1. International & Domestic:
  1. Both passengers will be subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers arriving from other Tamil Nadu airports, other states, and UTs will not be subjected to COVID testing.
  1. Only symptomatic people from Maharashtra and Kerala will be tested for COVID.

The following rules apply to passengers arriving in CJB:

All passengers arriving in CJB must have an Auto E-Pass and a negative RT-PCR report issued within the previous 72 hours. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken. For passengers arriving from Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Puducherry, the same does not apply.)

If a passenger arrives at the airport without an RT-PCR report, COVID testing will be provided free of charge, and the passengers will be released once a sample has been taken. On the basis of the test results, further steps will be taken.

Customers that are subjected to a test upon arrival.

  1. If positive and symptomatic, the patient will be admitted to the hospital and placed in isolation.
  1. If found to be negative and asymptomatic, the patient must undergo 14 days of self-monitoring.
  1. If found to be negative and symptomatic, the patient will be admitted to the hospital and the treatment will be determined by a medical opinion.

Quarantine:

  1. All passengers arriving in Tamil Nadu from Maharashtra and Kerala must undergo a seven-day home quarantine and seven-day self-monitoring period.
  1. All passengers arriving in Tamil Nadu from other states/UTs are subject to a 14-day self-monitoring period.
  1. Business travelers visiting Tamil Nadu for a limited period of time (less than 72 hours) are excluded from quarantine at home. Passengers arriving at CJB are not qualified.
  1. At the discretion of Health Officials, symptomatic passengers may be expected to undergo Institutional Quarantine before COVID test results are accessible. They will then be expected to complete the remainder of their Home Quarantine time.

  • It is mandatory for all passengers arriving at Uttarakhand to register themselves on the Smart City web portal http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in prior to their travel. You may also visit this registration link by scanning the QR code provided here. 
  • It is also mandatory for all passengers to carry an RT-PCR/ TrueNAT/ CBNAAT/ RAT negative report from ICMR accredited laboratories; report should not be older than 72 hrs at the time of arrival at Uttarakhand. 
  • Below mentioned categories of passengers are advised to travel only if their circumstances are unavoidable: 
  1. Passengers above the age of 65 years
  2. Passengers with co-morbidities
  3. Pregnant women
  4. Children below the age of 10 years 
  • Passengers with positive COVID result will be sent to quarantine center for further processing. 

Quarantine: 

If the passenger is found positive necessary protocols laid down by state authorities will be followed. 

Passenger Obligation: 

  • It is mandatory for passengers to carry RT-PCR negative report from ICMR accredited labs done within last 72hrs. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time. 
  • All passengers travelling to Uttarakhand are required to register on state website before boarding the flight http://dsclservices.org.in/apply.php
  • All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

Health Screening:

  1. All passengers are subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Within the last 72 hours, passengers must have had a negative RT-PCR study from an ICMR certified lab. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.

FOR LUCKNOW

Within 72 hours of departure, passengers from all states will require an RT-PCR report from an ICMR approved lab. When the swab is taken, the RT-PCR timeline begins.

Passengers who arrive without an RT-PCR negative report will be subjected to a free Rapid Antigen test upon arrival.

On the 8th of April, RT-PCR tests will be available upon arrival at a cost of INR 900 per passenger, which will be borne by the passenger.

FOR VARANASI

The following rules apply to passengers arriving in Varanasi from Maharashtra and Kerala.

Passengers who do not have an RT-PCR negative report will be subjected to the “RAPID ANTIGEN TEST” at Varanasi Airport.

Passengers with SYMPTOMS who do not have an RT-PCR negative report will only be subjected to an “RT-PCR inspection” at Varanasi Airport.

The state would cover the expense of both the RAPID ANTIGEN and the RT-PCR tests.

Quarantine:

Home quarantine for 14 days.

Exceptions:

Passengers leaving Uttar Pradesh within seven days of arrival will be excluded from mandatory quarantine if their return or onward travel can be verified.

Passenger Obligation:

  1. RT-PCR negative reports from ICMR certified labs completed within the last 72 hours are needed for passengers arriving from Kerala and Maharashtra. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.
  1. For travel to Lucknow, bring an RT-PCR negative report as per the guidelines outlined in the Health Screening section above.
  1. Before leaving the arrival hall, passengers must register on the state website using the web connection or phone number below.
  1. Visit https://reg.upcovid.in/ or call 1800-180-5145 to register.
  1. Passengers leaving Uttar Pradesh within seven days of arrival will be excluded from mandatory quarantine if their return or onward travel can be verified.
  1. The Aarogya Setu App must be downloaded by all passengers.
BAGDOGRA and KOLKATA

Health Screening:

  1. All passengers are subjected to thermal screening.
  1. Passengers arriving in West Bengal from Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Telangana must have an RT-PCR negative report from an ICMR certified lab within 72 hours of arrival. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.

Quarantine:

All asymptomatic passengers can conduct self-monitoring for four days.

The Health Authorities will settle on the Quarantine provision for symptomatic passengers on a case-by-case basis.

  1. All passengers must use the Sandhane App established by the H&FW Department of West Bengal to fill out and submit the declaration form.
  1. Passengers arriving in West Bengal from Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Telangana must have an RT-PCR negative report from an ICMR certified lab within 72 hours of arrival. The RT-PCR timeline begins when the swab is taken.
